Well, your mileage may vary. I'd still say "Black Betty" is probably the most distinctive and interesting thing they've done, but if your a fan of blues rock then they're worth a listen.

The side of evidence?  Nick Carter has an admitted history of drug and alcohol abuse and has a history of being abusive.  Most notably, remember back in 2004 with Paris Hilton?  I understand wanting more evidence with these claims, but given his history, I’m as unsurprised as the Charlie Sheen accusations.

That, and rape/sexual assault are complicated charges to get evidence for a lot of the time, especially years after the fact.
