It's too early for me to speculate on how good or bad this may be, but my expectations are rather high because...well the premise says it all.

this should be interesting, eh?

though, i did like Batman/Superman movie (the animated movie), wonder how Live-Action crossover turns out to be great.

As long as they don't keep the tone of Nolan's Batman trilogy this should be fine.

It's in the tone of Man Of Steel.

The tone of a movie I didn't see?

Guess I won't be able to judge this at all until the trailers come out.

Pass. Not only because Ben Affleck should just stick to directing (he's a fine enough actor, but he's a much better director), but because his name is too big. Batman's not a publicity stunt; he's an established character with an established fanbase. The name "Batman" should be enough to have millions upon millions of people flock to movie theaters. But the whole point of his character is to be an in-the-shadows kind of guy who isn't that big but is still a looming presence in Gotham. Getting a huge name actor/director to play a relatively low-key character isn't a good decision (case in point: George Clooney).

So is this real, or...

Barely. It's coming out in two years. I think we're getting a teaser for the teaser trailer at Comic Con this year or something.
