Clappy Posted June 3, 2011 Posted June 3, 2011 She is beautiful but holy crap all her songs are the same. Justin your comment applies so perfectly about her. Bottom line: DO. NOT. LIKE.
Ron Posted June 3, 2011 Posted June 3, 2011 She's fine, but I'm not a fan of country to begin with so... meh.
Wumbo Posted June 3, 2011 Posted June 3, 2011 She'd be fine if she just kept her mouth shut and made me sammiches. 2 1
Clappy Posted September 7, 2012 Author Posted September 7, 2012 Bump due to the mind numbing popularity of her newest song "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together".
Wumbo Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 She'd be fine if she just kept her mouth shut and made me sammiches. Haha, sexist Wumbo is sexist. What am I on when I post these things? Anyway, let me provide constructive criticism of Taylor Swift: She's a great singer. But she wastes her talent on annoying songs about her breakups, her chump ex-boyfriends, her poor little heart longing for love, and fuck all that shit. Eyes Open is an amazing song, and she should be writing more songs like this.
Sauce Mama Posted September 8, 2012 Posted September 8, 2012 I like Taylor Swift, but her and her songs are just bugging me nowadays.
Clappy Posted December 21, 2014 Author Posted December 21, 2014 *looks back at posts from two years* Wow time sure does fly. My opinion on Taylor Swift (or at least her new direction) has taken a complete 180. Everything I've heard from her new album 1989 honestly ranges from good to fantastic. Blank Space is such a great song and I've heard at least Welcome To New York and Shake it Off defending both of those songs for being very good songs. Like I'm glad she decided to make a pure pop direction. She's always been one and I hope she keeps making good music.
Wumbo Posted December 21, 2014 Posted December 21, 2014 "Blank Space" might have been my #1 for 2014 if it had made it on the year end. Either way, I think it's a lock for 2015's top list. Also, ew that post from 2011 ew ew ew. 1
Urchees Posted December 23, 2014 Posted December 23, 2014 I haven't listened to any of her albums all the way through, but Shake It Off is a guilty pleasure.
Katniss Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 sorry sorry sorry for the bump but I didn't want to make a new thread I used to be not so crazy about TSwift but now I love her. Red had some pretty solid songs on it and 1989 was when I really started to adore her music. I love her transition into full-on pop. And she seems like such a sweetheart as a person too <3 I can't wait for the Wildest Dreams video and I'm excited that it's her next single.
Blackout Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 i used to hate her but then i stanned for the 1989 era, but now i hate her again because she's fake and greedy
E.V.I.L. Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 It is truly amazing how much an opinion of someone can change oh so fast. Pop radio for me now more often than not is just me switching stations until I can find one of her songs. She's amazing and some of my favorite songs of hers have come out this year esp during the earlier part of the year. She'd be fine if she just kept her mouth shut and made me sammiches. This post is inspirational to me truly because it shows people can and do change for the much much better 4
