Season 1 has all the classics, yes, but I feel more connected to Season 3 than I did any other season. It has a lot of gems that I consider great: The Snowball Effect, One Krabs Trash, Chocolate With Nuts, Club SpongeBob, Frankendoodle, Missing Identity, Squilliam Returns, Graveyard Shift, and a lot more. For crying out loud, why vote this season off?! .. but that's just my opinion.
