    Hot Take: Malekith is the worst MCU villain by far.  I can at least remember the motivations from practically every Marvel movie villain except him and their names.  I had to Google his and all I remember about him from Thor 2 was that he was a space elf of some sort.

      I didn’t know how popular of an opinion this was because I’ve seen so many complaints about how Killian, Kaecilius, and pretty much everyone WhoBob listed above are the worst, yet no complaints for the space elf?

      Kaecilius deserved better fam but his goal was still sort of understandable compared to space elf. Kaecolius wanted immortality for everyone and he was mad at Acident One's hypocrisy on dark magic. Space elf wanted to destroy Asgard for some shit, revenge or something in da past from them preventing ruling nine realms but that's it, go home. Asgardians wanted to stop a shit person, so that's your villain motivation.
