I can add text and everything, but I just took a Spongebob picture and shrunk it down to 96 X 96 on Photoshop. What I was trying to do was overlap the Spongebob logo over the basic picture of Spongebob. I can get the layer of the spongebob logo to go over the basic picture of Spongebob, but I don't know how to make the logo picture smaller. Sadly, I'm not an ace at everything in Photoshop. I can make avatars though with text and make them colorful. I'm not the best at avatars, so I'm still working hard on it. I can also make buttons that provide a link with them. Just saying.
