Wumbo
Before Melon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, even before Siamese Dream, The Smashing Pumpkins had Gish. Off that album came a few singles, though considerably less than their subsequent albums produced. However, it also contains one of my favourites by them. Wumbo
Because I was bored, I went to the random number generator, and decided to make a list of top songs of a random year. The year was 1992, and I'll reveal my Top 40, one each day: 40. Informer - Snow http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtILxBszyf8 Yeah, it's incomprehensible for the most part. But it's still a hella catchy song.
Wumbo
39. Achy Breaky Heart - Billy Ray Cyrus It's cheesy. It's corny. It's Billy Ray Cyrus in his natural form.

Wumbo
37. Baby Got Back - Sir Mix-A-Lot Yeah, it's a guy singing about ladies' posteriors. But hey, at least it's not "Ass Ass Ass Ass".

Wumbo
34. It's Only Natural - Crowded House Great song from a great band. They should have made it bigger than they did.
Wumbo
33. Heaven Sent - INXS http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jI0oTNDiKQ4 I consider Michael Hutchence's premature death to be one of the biggest losses to the music industry. He was the leader of an excellent, original band. This song comes off of Welcome to Wherever You Are, which wasn't one of INXS's more popular albums. Nevertheless, this song still lands a spot on the countdown.
