It’s a mix of Gintama, Kappa Mikey and some other verses. It starts off pretty silly in the first two arcs but then develops into something a lot more flowing and natural/world building come the Billy Arc. The first plot of the first arc is Gintoki and his Odd Jobs kids get a job in Tokyo at Ozu’s apartment to clean it for him and it just kind of develops from there.
