Maybe it's because of Community... oh hell, it's definitely because of Community. But I love Donald Glover, and his songs just seem different from most of the rap songs out there. I love them. His rapping style, lyrics, and beats are all pretty bland. I should probably listen to more of his tracks before making furthers judgement but 3005 is a pretty annoying song guys. Better than the majority of hip-hop/pop projects this year, and in a year where Kanye, Jay Z, Eminem, Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Beyonce and Lady Gaga dropped albums, that's saying a lot. I read the screenplay he did, but I never checked out Clapping For The Wrong Reasons. The screenplay/film was really cool (having Rick Ross as a father gives it points already ). Was it good?
