MTV is to launch a virtual world dedicated to Nickelodeon's global hit show SpongeBob SquarePants. The virtual massively multi-player online game (MMOG) will feature 3D games, integrating videos and exclusive outtakes, specials and previews from SpongeBob shows. MTV will monetise the free-to-play world via virtual item sales. Players will be able to personalise and buy various objects to populate and customise their gameplay. What do y'all think about that?
