    I’ve noticed a lot of the shows most hated episodes are Squidward going through pain, annoyance and misery. Kind of makes you think he deserves to be written for other things and shouldn’t get happiness due to him being the “straightman” or “butt monkey” of the show huh

      i had a dream a new squid torture episode came out. I can't remember exactly what spongebob did but whatever he did made me want to reach through the screen and strangle him

      Yet the episode "Jellyfishing" is universally loved.

      I think thats a bit of an exaggeration. Its an okay episode but its not like its in people's top 10s or anything.
