    Am I the only one who can tolerate Peter Cetera's singing? Idk, maybe it's because my parents seem to tolerate it.

      To be honest, I think it depends on the production of the music. If a song that actually rocks or sounds lively is fronted by him, then he's passable. On songs where the production is too boring to even save it (Chicago's late '70s to '80s tenure), then yeah, he pretty much sucks.

       

      As far as Chicago singers go, I definitely like Robert Lamm and Terry Kath better.

      on the topic of Justin Bieber though, some of his songs are decent, but what I really hate about him is how much of a brat he acts

      TBH I never thought Justin Bieber was that bad of a singer, Not even in his 2009-10 days. 

       

      And Peter Cetera's voice is nothing really special. I never cared about him.
