There will be more rounds than there usually are (for the past three weeks, we've played 3 10-minute rounds), but the final tournament will probably consist of 5-6 rounds. But what does it mean if you win? Whichever Team wins will be able to start expanding and taking control of the forums. Whatever they take over, THEY own and they can implement their own government, rules, et cetera for that. They can even rename the forums to their liking and control the people in them. The winner of this tournament will be able to either move into their opposing Team's forum (giving them control of half the userbase) or choose other territory.
