Clappy Posted April 15, 2012 Share Posted April 15, 2012 Yeah they definitely got good actors that can channel the real Three Stooges. Otherwise, that is the only positive thing I can really say. Otherwise, the trailers, the commercials, etc. for this have been incredibly terrible. That being said, I'm seeing this with dear ole dad today (who was a huge Stooges fan when he was a kid), my hopes haven't been set that high of it being good. Clappy Posted April 23, 2012 Share Posted April 23, 2012 Well I saw this yesterday with my dad (originally planned for last weekend, but got pushed back due to our schedules not being eye to eye). Not as bad as I thought it would be, but still a bad movie anyway. I admit to laughing at plenty of stupid humor, but the story was rather mediocre and you can only get away with so much eye poking, head bonking, and hair pulling for 90+ minutes. Cha Posted August 12, 2012 Share Posted August 12, 2012 I watched this movie a few weeks ago and it wasn't bad. Like you guys said good actors and random humorous moments. I like how they gave them a back story on where they grew up. One of my favorite scenes would probably be while they are in the hospital. The modern take on this did well.
