Old Man Jenkins
Red Dead Revolver deserves just as much props as Redemption did.
crushingmayhem
Eternal Darkness for the Gamecube was pretty underrated imo. It had a good story but it was overlooked and didn't sell well in the end.
Old Man Jenkins
Nocturne is something else that I'd throw out there. That and the TimeSplitters series. Since I'm bringing up Nocturne, the Blair Witch game series was pretty nifty for it's time, as well.

Clappy
Hmm where to start on underrated games. I do agree with OMJ about Red Dead Revolver, however the one that stands out the most to me is...Boom Blox for the Wii. I mean it is an entertaining puzzle game with a great physics engine. One of the most underappreciated party games on any system. Tell me that doesn't look fun.
Old Man Jenkins
The Simpsons: Hit & Run Recently found this baby in my closet and popped it in the PS3 and I just had my nostalgia goggles on for about three hours or so. The best Simpsons game I've played and it does sandbox gaming justice even if its a parody of the genre. Great fun for any fan of the show and even people who don't really watch the show in general. Honestly, this game is what made me really get into the show.
crushingmayhem
I think Cruisn World for the N64 doesn't get as much praise like Cruisn USA, I loved the game as a kid but it just isn't that famous nor is it in the arcade.
Lunch Pail
Battalion Wars. More ignored more so than underrated.
Old Man Jenkins
Crash Twinsanity. Ignored moreso than underrated, as well. The last good Crash game and it's such a shame it didn't sell well.
crushingmayhem
^Crash games kinda became underrated after the PS1 days, its sad since they were so popular back then. Anyway, I also think Custom Robo for the GC is kinda underrated since it had a good gameplay and story but I guess this was the fate of many other Gamecube games. Old Man Jenkins
Meh, I agree the Wrath of Cortex was underrated (goddamn loading times). The others and the GBA games (except Twinsanity) that came after, not so much for me. God Hand deserves more glove love.
crushingmayhem
That was a problem with many PS1 games but despite it, there were many good games on that console. I never played the GBA Crash games but some of them were underrated compared to other games of the same genre.
Old Man Jenkins
Oh, I loved the PS1 games. The GBA games just felt recycled and lazily thrown together for the sake of making a quick buck on a relatively new handheld system at the time. The most blatant example being the Tiny boss fight in the Huge Adventure.
crushingmayhem
Yeah, I always felt the same way about many games in the GBA. Many were underrated because Pokemon and Mario were basically the system sellers.
Old Man Jenkins
Speaking of underrated GBA games. Ninja Five-O. God knows whatever happened to my old cartridge.
Wumbo
The Simpsons: Hit & Run Recently found this baby in my closet and popped it in the PS3 and I just had my nostalgia goggles on for about three hours or so. The best Simpsons game I've played and it does sandbox gaming justice even if its a parody of the genre. Great fun for any fan of the show and even people who don't really watch the show in general. Honestly, this game is what made me really get into the show. I'd throw in The Simpsons Road Rage as well. It's a really interesting game with some good dialogue, yet I've seen many poor reviews. crushingmayhem
I've also heard of an underrated game called Beyond Good and Evil. For some reason a lot of people like it but it didn't sell well.
