But from the pieces I've seen, I haven't really found it to be funny. :/ I don't get the hype about how it's so funny. Forrest Gump isn't suppose to be a comedy. It's mainly a drama. They just throw in comedy segments to lighten up the mood because it's such a dramatic movie. I mean everyone that was important in Forrest's life dies (except for his son and Lt Dan). Otherwise, Forrest Gump is a fantastic movie. I love it. Tom Hanks did an amazing job as Forrest and this movie deserves all the praise it gets. I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed but I gave Jenny all my love" Sorry, had to. Anyway, I expected EVERYONE here to be jumping through fiery rings to praise this movie.
