Guest hilaryfan80 Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 On Monday, April 21st, 2014 from 1:00 am to 5:00 am EDT, SBC will be under maintenance. The server will be upgraded from Ubuntu 12.04 to Ubuntu 14.04. The reason for this change is so that we can have updated software and better security. It's possible for the maintenance to not last until 5:00 am, but I can't completely say for sure. I wanted to let everyone know of this scheduled maintenance time so nobody accidentally stumbles upon it. UPDATE I just found out last night that Linode is offering us a better server for no extra charge! Therefore, I will be adding another maintenance on April 19th, 2014 (tonight!) from 1-2:30am EDT. This maintenance will be short, but SBC will be entirely down. Linode is predicting about a 48 minute downtime for SBC, so I'm going with 2:30am as the final time. It may very well be online before then.
