Anyone have trouble sleeping? Lately I've been thinking that someone could invent something to help you control when you sleep. I'll post more of my ideas later but if a machine was invented, would you use it?

I've dealt with bouts of mild insomnia, so I might try it for those unfortunate nights.

See, I would have thought of that if I weren't so sleepy.

Actually, they have a machine for curing daytime sleepiness.

It's called a coffee machine.

I'm convinced that it's the bad taste of coffee that wakes people up rather than the caffeine.

Well it could be a thing were you are able to control when you sleep so you never have trouble sleeping and no matter how short or long you sleep you feel like you slept for the full 8-10 hours. It would be helpful for insomniacs and people who sleep a lot.

Naps.

You're thinking of naps.

Those things do what you want.

I have trouble sleeping at night but it's probably because my bed's too small for me, sure it's a Queen sized bed but my feet reach outside the edge of the bed. In rare occasions I have drank a pill to help me sleep better.

If you guys made coffee like we central americans do you would say otherwise. A good coffee needs to be very dark and less water like.
