Clappy Posted August 10, 2012 Share Posted August 10, 2012 To me, there hasn't been a good Superman movie since 1980 (the second film). The third one was bad, the fourth was just horrendous (see my review thread), and while Returns wasn't bad, it was just dull, wooden, and not good. I guess you could say it was just there. That being said, I think this one could be good. Christopher Nolan's inclusion always makes a movie credible, Zack Snyder has made likeable material before, and the casting so far has been great (Amy Adams, Kevin Costner, Russell Crowe, Diane Lane, Michael Shannon). Can't say I know too much about Henry Cavill, but at least he has been in movies before and isn't a total no name with no credibility like Brandon Routh.
