Potato Pancakes

My mom just made some potato pancakes. Anyone ever hear of them? Anyway she made them out of mashed potatoes. She added flour and milk. When I saw them they looked like pancakes. They are so good. You guys should try them.

We had this culture project in my history class last year, and we had the option of bringing in some type of food that relates to your culture. My friend brought in potato pancakes and OHMYGOD they were delicious. The she had me try it with applesauce on top and it was even better!! Sounds gross tastes delish.
