I'm from the Caribbean, as you know, and we have some reaaally weird foods, that may sound particularly weird to Americans..so braise yourselves xD Mondongo= It's basically cow stomach (and tripes sometimes) chopped into little pieces, seasoned and made into stew. Pata de vaca= which is basically cow feet. Morcilla= and I saved the worst for last. It's like a blood sausage. They take pig tripes (guts) clean it up and fill it with very-seasoned pig blood. Boil it and fry it...and I swear it doesn't tastes as disgusting as it sounds xD I'm sure I have some more on my list so I'll post those as I remember...
