4EverGreen Posted August 25, 2017 Share Posted August 25, 2017 I heard that there were several reasons why they didn't release "Star Fox 2" back in the 1990's. They were having a LOT of problems with the in-game camera that followed the Arwing around; the original Super NES system couldn't handle the amount of in-game enemies that needed to be on display on the screen at the same time; and by the time Nintendo managed to work most of the kinks of the game out, the Super Nes was pretty much an obsolete system by 1997, so they took the good concepts from "Star Fox 2," and utilized them in "Star Fox 64." It will be interesting to FINALLY play "Star Fox 2" once the Super NES classic system comes out. It will be SO awesome! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
