Timeline

January to March

Operation: Febspionage, a spy themed event, was held from February 17th to February 28th, 2023. Arcade Anarchy II was held from March 4th to March 25th, 2023, to celebrate the release of Cosmic Shake. The event was one of most successful in SBC's history.

April to June

A fake prehistoric event was held for SBC's April Fools prank this year. Seahorse 15 was released on April 8th, 2023 as an Easter present. The final SpongeBob Best Episode Tournament, consisting of "all-star episodes" was held throughout May, concluding that tradition. A Technology themed SWYAD was held from May 12th to May 19th, 2023, which was the first SWYAD to be requested using King Neptune for a Day. A new summer themed event called SBC's Surfing Summer was held from June 9th to June 26th, 2023.

July to September

SpongeCraft Frontiers opened on July 4th, 2023 and became an immediate success. A Tvtropes themed SWYAD was held from July 14th to July 21st, 2023. Bubble Festival was held from August 18th to September 1st, 2023, which Meko1432 was the overall winner of.

October to December

Octerror Fest 2023 was held from October 13th to October 31st, 2023. The Appetizer was the winner of this year's Candy Contest. The 17th Golden Community Awards were hosted by Hawk, which came with a few noteworthy changes: the Writing section was rebranded into "Creative Arts" to now include people's artwork, and voted were submitted through Google Forms. Snowcember Ball 2023 was held from December 11, 2023 to December 27, 2023. It contained a Snowball Contest which WhoBob won. For SBC's yearly Chritmas present, sbl and DarknessDG were promoted to admin and graphic designer respectively. A new badge was also added to the store.
