Octerror Fest 2020 is the tenth Octerror Fest for The SpongeBob Community, which began October 16, 2020 and will conclude on October 31, 2020. Like the previous four years, every game during the event counted for a teams tournament named the "Octerror Cup", this time between the Krusty Krew (Kreepy Krabs), Chum Buddies (Bucketheads), and Solos (Ghosts). Loyal Customers received a sneak peek of the event on October 2, 2020 and it was publicly announced October 9, 2020.

Events
Stop What You Are Doing: Halloween Edition
The 32nd SWYAD was held during the event. Like past Octerror Fests, the theme is to change your username to something Halloween themed.
Jackbox: Trivia Murder Party
Every Friday night during the event at 7pm EST, the Jackbox sub-game Trivia Murder Party was held, hosted by dman using Discord's GoLive feature. The winner of the first game on October 16th, 2020 was sbl for the Krusty Krew.
SBC Music Ghoul Party Fridays
Every Friday night during the event, a music party was held on cytube. The theme was to play Halloween music during each. This is the first Octerror Fest where the music parties do not count for team points.
SpongeBob Pictionary
Three games this month will count for the event. The first one, "Toast!?" on October 17th, 2020, was a SpongeBob themed game won by The Appetizer for the Solos.
Halloween Boovie Nights
Three movie screenings will be held during the month on Discord, using its GoLive feature. The first screening will be "Scooby-Doo (2002)" on October 17th, 2020. The second screening will be "The Nightmare Before Christmas" on October 24th, 2020. The third and last screening will be of "It Chapter 2" on October 31st, 2020.
