The Flying Dutchman is a Halloween skin created by JCM, released for Octerror Fest 2015 on October 22, 2015. It returned for Octerror Fest 2016, Octerror Fest 2017 and Octerror Fest 2018 for Loyal Customers only. During Octerror Fest 2019, the skin received a major redesign by jjsthekid and Cha, making it match the V13 format. It was once again available during that event, Octerror Fest 2020, Octerror Fest 2021 and Octerror Fest 2022 for Loyal Customers only. It was retired afterwards with Dutchman's Graveyard acting as a spiritual successor to it.
