I used to love watching the mid-2000s Chain Reaction back when they aired it, because it was easy to poke at how dumb the contestants were. America Says occasionally gives me that vibe as well.

Haven't tuned into the channel in a long while, but I used to watch tf out of Extreme Dodgeball during the brief time it was around. Also watched Kenny vs Spenny, Catch 21, Baggage, Idiotest, Ballbreakers, Hellevator, Chain Reaction, Snap Decision, Lie Detectors and Drew Carey's Improv-A-Ganza throughout the years
