The fact that there were so many homages to continuity...something South Park rarely does; made this season a golden one in my eyes. Even the weakest episode of the season Handicar has actual replay value. Just ten solid to spectacular episodes that really makes this one of the best seasons of South Park ever. Eighteen seasons in and this show just continues to amaze me in ways that I didn't expect. Seasons 6 and 8 also experimented with continuity, with the Kenny death and Cartman-swallowing-Kenny's-ashes theme spanning across the whole of the sixth season, and the first few episodes of season 8 all were loosely connected by references to Cartman's viewing of the Passion of the Christ.
