    So, I listened to Jacob Satorious for the first time. I don't get the hate. His music is nothing special. It's just standard bubblegum teen pop, comparable to say, N'SYNC or The Archies. And as a fan of bubblegum pop (yes, I know, I should be lynched) he's pretty average, lyrically and musically.

      The hate is mainly the fact that an unmemorable kid gets to do this because he can lip sync on an app and he gets all the attention from actual fans when I've done better singing in the shower

    Caved in and watched the first episode of Miraculous Ladybug last night and it's similarities to Shugo Chara are pretty striking. At first I really thought it was nothing to write home about but some fiber of me is itching to watch Episode 2. I really want to like it though.

    After letting it sit for a while my thouhgts on "Baby Driver" are that it's an extremely entertaining movie, but some things are really underdeveloped in the script. The so called "mediocre" parts are still more than servicable in letting the great parts of it carry it to being one of the mose exciting movies of the year though, doubt anything could really challenge that

    One of the things that really angers me that people who like music say is that all Red Hot Chili Peppers songs sound the same. Whoever says that has seriously not taken the time out to listen to their discography. Please listen to something off their first 5 or so albums and then something off of By The Way/Stadium Arcadium and try to tell me they even sound remotely similar.
