Littleroot Village
Littleroot Village is a populated settlement in the Frontierlands, and the first officially-designated municipality in SpongeCraft Frontiers. Originally discovered by DarknessDG, and later incorporated by HawkbitAlpha, it is a former NPC village located in the world's savannah biome. Following a zombie swarm which killed all but one of the town's NPC villagers, several players moved into its abandoned buildings, quickly turning Littleroot Village into SCF's first primary population center. As of September 17th, 2023, it is the home base of Hawkbit, DarknessDG, WhoBob, Meko1432, OWM. RDSP, and Compressere.
The village features a collection of huts and full-size cottages, most of which are left over from the original settlement, as well as a few animal farming pens. The surrounding area is marked by a large amount of holes due to frequent attacks by Creepers, which led Hawkbit and WhoBob to construct a fence around the town shortly after its settlement. It is connected by the Pioneer Central Railway to the villages of Centralia, New Horizonia, and Pescare Part, as well as the Great Hoodoos.

Buildings & Objects
- Littleroot Commons - A building containing several chests, furnaces, an anvil, and a crafting table, used primarily for public storage of foodstuffs and other materials. Repurposed from a former NPC building.
- Enchantment Library - A building housing an enchantment table. Built by Hawkbit.
- The Roller Coaster - A minecart rail-based roller coaster built by Meko.
- Iron Maker - A floating structure which automatically creates iron ingots. Built by Meko.
- Cobblestone Generator - An automatic, redstone-powered cobblestone maker on top of the town hill. Built by Hawkbit.
- Great Portal - A large Nether portal. Surrounded by fencing due to zombie pigmen frequently traveling through the portal.
Homes
- HawkbitAlpha's Hamlet Habitat - A hybrid home and inn built by Hawkbit near the village's fenced perimeter, designed as an enlarged successor to the Hilltop Habitat. Currently the largest house in SCF.
- DarknessDG's House - A newly-built home near the village's fenced perimeter.
- The Hilltop Habitat - A vacant house built by Hawkbit atop the town's hill. Served as his house from SCF's launch until September 2023.
- WhoBob's House - Repurposed from a former NPC building.
- Meko1432's House - Repurposed from a former NPC building.
- OWM's Hideout - A dugout at the base of the town's hill, outside the perimeter.
- RDSP & Compressere's House - Repurposed from a former NPC building.
Trivia
- The village was named by Hawkbit after the starting town from Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, due to it being the first official settlement in SCF.
