Customers are the regular group of forum members on SBC. To date, there are 1,174 Customers on SBC, the most of any group. Customers have a teal name and a Customer badge.

- For a while on Forumotion, they were once named "Bikini Bottomites".
- During Snowcember Ball 2014, their color was gold.
- During Octerror Fest 2015, Octerror Fest 2016, Octerror Fest 2017, Octerror Fest 2018 and [Octerror Fest 2019]], they were called "Ghosts" and had a light blue color.
- During Snowcember Ball 2015, Snowcember Ball 2016 and Snowcember Ball 2017, they were called "Snowmen" and had an ice blue color.
