4EverGreen
why did they edited it for?Probably for content or some other stupid reason like that. Remember, "You Can't Do That On Television" was made from the mid 1980's to like 1990, LONG before the TV ratings program system kicked in, and censors started to (MOSTLY) monitor TV shows like hawks, to make sure that they STUCK to their rating labels! Nickelodeon probably decided to retro-actively label Y.C.D.T.O.T. as "TV-Y7" or something like that, so they probably had to do some editing in order to make the content fit the label. It's a common practice, it's actually what happened to "Rocko's Modern Life" after 1997, Nickelodeon retro-actively edited the content so it would fit the TV-Y7 label, DESPITE a lot of content NOT being just TV-Y7 level! That's why they don't air the episode segment of "Leapfrogs" anymore, and why they RARELY air the episode segment of "Heff In a Heck Basket" anymore, they're not deemed TV-Y7 level.
