Guest Posted July 4, 2015 Share Posted July 4, 2015 I do it during countdowns, but that's pretty much it. To help going to sleep, I suggest reading a book. Your brain gets bored with something just one step lower than what you find entertaining on these forums making you fall asleep. It doesn't work for me though. I like reading books.
