Look, I admit that I, too, overreacted a little bit and probably got a bit too "feels before reals" (even for me), but my main point has always been clear from the start. I have no problem with people hating Sportz? or disliking Pieguy's video. The issue for me has been the way people have reacted to him giving Sportz? a good rating as well as his comment about the backgrounds for Lost and Found (Which, again, was not his only reason for disliking it, nor was it the main reason). I just don't think it makes sense bashing Pieguy over having differing perspectives on these things then the rest of us do. If you disagree with his reasoning, then fine, but to act like that automatically devalues him as a critic seems reactionary. Perhaps I'm missing something but I honestly don't think Pieguy committed any crimes here (And I'm not just saying that because I like Sportz?).

Also, Trash Boat, when I made those comments I actually wasn't including you in that. Up to this point you had not said anything too particular against Pieguy's video, and like I said I felt your reasoning made sense despite my disagreements, so I wasn't referring to you. I'll still apologize for that, though. I was too caught up in the convo and ended up making a stupid remark.

Maybe I am taking this a bit more seriously then I should. I am sorry if I offended anyone with my comments about why people hate "Sportz?". I've just never seen people react this way to a Pieguy opinion before and it kind of threw me off a little. I still stand by the rest of my points, but I do apologize for the whole "gang up" comment. I'll just move on from this since I don't want to come off as a hypocrite in regards to whether or not you enjoyed Pieguy's video. Think whatever you want to think, and I'll leave it at that.

And I can easily respond to most your "willy nilly" claims.

1. For one thing, Snooze You Lose and Krusty Katering are not bashed more than "Sportz?". In fact most people aside from Pieguyrulz seem to like "Snooze You Lose" these days. All I was saying is that it seems pretty peculiar to me how a relatively harmless episode (IMO, mind you) could suddenly become so despised in spite of getting mediocre to okay reception when it first came out.

2. I am well aware that Slug's name change was a joke. It just seems like a petty joke to me, all because he hated having someone disagree with his opinion on a freaking EPISODE. There have been many times, both in the Season 10 review and before, when I have also disagreed with Pieguy's rating, and I simply just sucked it up and moved on with my life. I didn't get so triggered that I changed my username to make fun of the rating, nor did I act like him disagreeing with me on those episodes made him a bad critic (And as another example to REALLY drive this point home, I disagreed with Cosmodore on several episodes like Patrick Smartpants and Squirrel Jokes. I didn't get upset about that either and just simply accepted the fact that he found the episodes less good then I did).

And lastly:

3. Did you even read what I posted? I did NOT say that further commentary would change anyone's opinions of Sportz. All I said was that it would hopefully help you understand better why he personally enjoyed the episode. Again, my issue isn't, nor has it ever been, people disliking the episode, the issue to me has ALWAYS been people freaking out so bad over Pieguy having an opinion. I've talked to several people both IRL and online about this and EVERYONE has come to the same conclusion. That conclusion being that it is absolutely ridiculous how upset you guys are over someone simply having a disagreement. It'd be one thing if Pieguy was hostile about his disagreement, but he wasn't hostile in the slightest (And because I can already see it coming: I am NOT saying that you claimed Pieguy was being hostile. I am simply pointing out the big flaw with getting so upset over an opinion).

I've said enough about this issue. I'll leave it at this: If you hate the episode, fine. If you like the episode, also fine. I've already stated that I think you in particular gave me a nice post detailing why you dislike the episode. All I'm saying is that, if someone likes the episode, don't act like it's the end of the world. You can still hate it. Pieguy literally has ZERO control over whether or not you personally can enjoy episodes unless you allow him to control you.

Sorta political, but it actually reflects my personality as a human. I've always been a person who has tried to reason based off of facts rather than feelings, and so the profile picture is meant to reflect that.

Anyway, I'm done talking about my avatars. Think what you will about them. They'll only be up temporarily anyway, and you're free to agree or disagree with them, but I've said my piece about them. So yeah, leaving it here.

I'll inform you that humor is a subjective thing. What you may not find funny other people might, and vice versa.

More or less the same thing for that one, though I mainly chose that one because I found it kind of funny.

There's nothing "curious" about it. I'm making a personal statement that you're free to agree or disagree with, and I needed to change that awful temporary American Ninja Warrior profile pic anyway. There isn't much more to it than that.

I'm probably not the most reliable source of information on this since I just recently started College, but I think it really just depends on the instructor/professor you have as well as what class you're in. For example, today I took a math test where it was basically all just show the work on the paper and get credit as long as you have your final answer circled. In other classes, such as English, they might prefer to do multiple choice since they often have you read passages and want you to make sure you understand the passages. I don't think there is a definitive answer to this, but really, it just ultimately depends on your professor. I think for Chemistry your teacher will ultimately decide.

I'm not gonna go into a whole spouting of my personal political/social beliefs here in this status, but I will say that I've actually been more or less boycotting Nike for more than a year now anyway, long before the Kaepernick ad. I've been slowly switching to Skechers for quite a while since I like the design and colors of their tennis shoes and also when I've recently discovered that they make shirts as well. Nike has been slowly disappearing from my life for quite a while TBH.

If it makes you feel any better: I won't do anything to stop you from buying Nike's. You can buy all the Nike shirts, shoes, pants, whatever you want, and I won't judge you for it nor try to prevent you from doing it

Did he post anything about it? Can't seem to find anything. Either way, hope he migrated away from SBM. It'd be great if he could move the discussion of his SpongeBob videos here, but if he doesn't want to create an account here I also completely understand. These past couple weeks have been crazy enough as is.
