Churnabot
Spongebob can be described in one word or seven letters: T-O-R-T-U-R-E.
NegiSpongie
Well, in Naughty Nautical Neighbors, after Patrick saves Squidward's life, he was willing to be friends with him. But when SpongeBob does the same, he was horrified at the thought of being friends with SpongeBob.
crushingmayhem
I think in a sense Spongebob is the polar opposite of Squidward, especially when it comes to appreciating entertainment and the arts. Think about it, Spongebob likes blowing bubbles and jellyfishing; while Squidward likes playing the clarinet (an instrument) and painting, something that is totally opposite to what Spongebob does. Its basically Fun vs Reserved, two sides that can rarely interact with each other. In Patrick's case its different because he doesn't seem to represent either of those sides even if he occasionally does the same things as Spongebob, but not a complete opposite in personality.
