It tackles almost all of genres: action, comedy, horror, thriller, fantasy, noir-film, sci-fi and it does it so damn well without feeling forced. The animation, the music, the characters, the editing, the action scenes are all worthy of praise. It can be so heartbroken but at the same time, very optimistic and funny. Season 5 was really great, even though I didn't like the direction they took after 7th episode. The finale could have been epic but it was rushed and there were a few plot holes that bugged me but the conclusion was something I was not expected to see and I liked how it ended, despite me wanting something else. Even if not everything worked, I'm glad Adult Swimr revived it for one last conclusion to the series and for better or worse, at least it can rest. Thank you all for working on this show, it was a blast.
Space Cowboy Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 Probably my favorite cartoon, watched it ever since I was a kid. Loved season 5 and I agree with whobruh that the finale seemed rushed, but I still enjoyed it.
