Rise of the Creative World

Decided to write a story based on the experiences from SpongeCraft but with a different touch to it.

 

Chapter 1: The beginnings

 

In a distant place, a person hailed for being one of the best designers of his kind one day decided to build a special community, a community that would soon become a place for some of the best experiences in a long time.

 

After the grand opening, people made their houses and soon began building a great city that spawned multiple floors. This city, despite the limited terrain, was a place where multiple things could happen at once. People made stores, each being based on real-life ones, and also art that dominated the skyline of the city. Sometime later, a building was made, this was the first skyscraper in the entire city, and people quickly began to visit it. But one day, several creatures began reproducing on a massive scale, people tried to stop it and but they kept reproducing and running all over the place. When it was finally stopped, people had a sign of relief.

 

As time passed, some people felt the need to make a park for the city. And this was finally realized by two citizens, the park included several roller coasters and a small water park, each having a low price for riding. Later on, it was finally decided that the old boundaries were going to be abolished, this excited many citizens including some of the top engineers of the time since the possibilities were endless. A desert and a forest were created, as well as a village for humble citizens, opening the room for future exploration; a mall was created for the first time, this mall proved to be very successful for the inhabitants of the city since it gave them the opportunity to enjoy buying stuff for their own needs.

 

One day, monsters from the other realm decided to let the inhabitants of the city to visit their world. This began the exploration of the underworld, a place that was once a field of castles and warriors. There, the people of the city began the conquest of the castles and hidden cities left behind by a previous civilization. The monsters at first were in doubt but in the end they decided to be more gentle to the humans since they were in a state of decay.

 

Everything looked prosperous and people were pretty much happy with what was achieved in such a short time. The future looked bright, until a certain tragedy occurred that changed the face of the city forever.

Chapter 2: Disaster and Reconstruction

 

In an average day, one citizen was watching over the city. Everything seemed fine and the world was flourishing. Then he went to the city's park, there he tried out some of the attractions, the attractions in general looked like they had a bright future, especially the main water side. He was pretty much happy along with the other citizens of the city. But that night while the man was walking around ready to go to sleep three invaders struck the city, they started in the park and then spread out through the entire city. The damage was severe, the man quickly ran to the city council but it was no use, the council had been destroyed by the invaders. He kept running around and felt desperate since he could do nothing to stop the invaders, he begged for mercy. The invaders then started mocking the man with insults and kept disobeying his pledges to stop with the burning and flooding of the city.

 

Soon after, the army arrived and quickly put a stop to the invading forces, fighting lasted overnight but in the end the city's forces were victorious. The man was glad they had come to save the city, but the damage was already done. A long period of reconstruction had begun.

 

Reconstruction took close to a month, it was the greatest effort the city's people had done since the founding of the city. After the damage was repaired, a new city hall was inaugurated as well as the new city park. This park started to grow fast and at times seemed better than the original park, although it had less visitors in its first days. Around this time, the city was declared a country and quickly began to expand beyond what was previously known. About a month later, the old mall was restored, this mall had two floors and was well planned, all it needed was customers which began arriving much later. Near this mall, a new country was created, it was the first country which rivaled the city's country, the country was a mysterious one but it didn't began its expansion until several months later. Sometime after, the new nation that housed the city took a hiatus for about a month since the damage caused by the invaders left a mark on the people of the city and thus they didn't felt the need to build anymore. This mentality ended once the mall gained more visitors and the people quickly took an interest in making countries based on the human world. This was realized by several citizens, and it was the start of a new era.

Chapter 3: Expansion and Exploration

 

The expansion had just started. It was finally the world's time for peace and prosperity. New countries were created and there came new and better things. These new things weren't all normal things, they were for the most part big projects that spread throughout the land. One of the countries spread out to a big amount of land and housed some interesting creations such as a tower that reached the heavens. This tower was like a town since it had the size of one, definitely a place for the citizens to enjoy. Another discovery was a hotel that was abandoned after a hurricane; for them this place was a mysterious and unheard of place, but it didn't stop them from expanding further. Later on, another country was founded, based of a real country that previously existed, this country was also quite mysterious since it was basically a former dictatorship transformed, the people felt sorry for the inhabitants but sadly they could not to anything about it.

Keeping with the expansion, two more countries were founded, also based of real life countries. One was classic and stylish, the other was very traditional and modern. The latter was the more successful one, filled with modern buildings but also very traditional structures. This captivated the interests of the citizens of the original country since there were things that previously never existed back in their own country, and this country's city soon began to rival their own. It was a far away country but this didn't stop people from visiting it. It was a surprise for many. After sometime, multiple countries began to appear, such as deserts, forests, and oceans. The ocean country began its growth in a strange way, the army of the previous country no longer had use of its military base and soon began to develop something different. As one general put it "Our time of peace has started" referring to the newly found peace of his country, and then the government gave up part of that land to a certain group of people. This group of people flooded the former military base and created a sea filled with islands, it was an artificial sea but nevertheless it proved to be successful, and soon people got adjusted and started making their own houses in it, for the people of the original country this was something good, they too decided to join in.

Sometime later, a special city was formed. This city straddled 3 different countries, and was made as a sign of unity between the people of the world. Soon this city became very popular around the world and had almost everything for everyone. While it was mostly suburb compared to the original city, it proved to be a popular destination for everyone, and the famous movie theater it housed was the best the world had to offer. The city had some trouble growing at first but then the people decided to expand it further, including even an airport like in the original city, it also got to have water canals and colorful houses, something the original city didn't always have. Time passed and it was successful, but soon a rival city rose from the ashes of an alien invasion, this city had been held under alien control for several decades and its citizens were anxious for freedom. Luckily for them, the army invaded and managed to drive the aliens out of the city. Its previously captive citizens were happy to finally get freedom, and there began the expansion of this city. Many parts were rebuilt and a small mall was made, but what made this city different from others was its layout and geography. It was well built and was in a strategic location on the world map. The people of the original city soon visited and became good friends with the inhabitants of this remote city, some even blended well with them. The city then became the new capital of the new country. This was well received by the people and they enjoyed the praise for it.

After all those events happened, the citizens of the original country felt that their original city was too overpopulated to house the main hub of the world, and so they began to think on a place where it wouldn't feel overpopulated. One man said "We need space!" and another said "The world should be even bigger" but what to make of it? Well there came the new main hub, in a remote but secure location. It became a big success and finally made the people realize how fast the expansion was and how great the world had become, it particularly became popular with miners who enjoyed going to a mine to get easy money. It was a great moment for the people. Soon after, another expansion started in the remote areas of the world, and the new hub was soon connected to the rest of the world.
