Squidward: (sleeping)

(Alarm clock rings)

Squidward: (sighs) Another day, another-

Spongebob: (yells from outside) NICKEL!

Squidward: (grumbling)

(Bubble transition to the Krusty Krab)

Krabs: Mr. Squidward! Are ye ready?

Squidward: (groans) Yes.

Krabs: Spongebob?

Spongebob: Of course, Mr. Krabs!

(Speed up of the entire day; Spongebob is shown cooking, people are shown ordering and eating, etc.)

Mr. Krabs: (speed up stops) Alright! We made 214 dollars today!

Squidward: Weeeeee.

Mr. Krabs: The both of ye can now leave! Have a nice evening!

Squidward: (slowly walks out, hunched over)

Spongebob: (happily runs past Squidward)

(Cut to Squidward walking through front door of house)

Squidward: (sits in chair and stares at the wall)

(Clock ticking)

Squidward: (staring at wall)

(Clock ticking)

Squidward: (stands up) I can't go on like this! There has to be someone like me out there! I'm going to go find them! (goes out to boat and starts it)

(Montage of Squidward driving through Bikini Bottom, among other cities)

(Squidward passes through Tentacle Acres)

Squidward: Hmm....

(Squidward passes Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat)

Squidward: No.

(Squidward sees a building called "Squids")

Squidward: (stops) Huh?

(Squidward gets out of boat)

Squidward: (looks a long set of stairs) Wow. (starts climbing up stairs)

FIVE MINUTES LATER

Squidward: (at top of stairs) I made it! (opens door)

(Nothing in room)

Squidward: (starts walking straight) What the- (slams into wall and falls down)

(Dust comes off of sign on floor, which says "Cloning Wall")

Squidward: (looks up to see his entire body left an imprint on the wall) Huh?

(Squid body slowly forms from imprint)

Squidward: Woah.

Squid: AH!

Squidward: Who are you?

Squid: I..uh...

Squidward: Ohhhhhh, really.

Squid: What?

Squidward: We need to give you a name.

Squid: I don't even know where I am!

Squidward: Neither do I.

Squid: (silent for a long time) Okay.

Squidward: What's your name?

Squid: (mumbles under breath) Hmm...Squidward....Squidward...Squill...hmm.....

Squidward: Huh?

Squid: Uh...Squidwin!

Squidward: Squidwin.

Squidwin: Yes.

Squidward: Well, come with me.

Squidwin: Are you sure?

Squidward: Yes.

Squidwin: Okay then.

(Bubble transition to Squidward and Squidwin back in Bikini Bottom)

Squidwin: Hmm, not bad.

Squidward: Well...

Spongebob: (walking by) HEY, SQUIDWARD!

Squidward: (stops car) Yes, Spongebob?

Squidwin: Spongebob?

Spongebob: Yes, that's me.

Squidward: Correct, that is... (sigh) Spongebob.

Spongebob: Well, I better be going. Gary needs his food!

Squidwin: Who?

Spongebob: (runs off) Bye!

Squidwin: (turns to Squidward) Who?

Squidward: Nevermind. (drives back to house)

(Bubble transition of Squidward opening front door)

Squidward: Welcome to your new home, Squidwin!

Squidwin: Woah!

Squidward: Let me show you around.

(No dialogue montage of Squidward showing Squidwin around)

Squidward: (music ends) Any questions?

Squidwin: Where do I sleep?

Squidward: Hmm....(walks over to couch and unfolds it into a bed)

Squidwin: Woahhhhh.

Squidward: All good?

Squidwin: All good.

Squidward: (walks upstairs) Good night!

I really like it. I like the idea and you're excecuting it very well. One suggestion I have is at the beginning, elaborate on why squidward feels alone. Maybe have him give Mr. Krabs a suggestion that Squid thinks is good, and Mr. Krabs says it's a terrible idea. I don't know, that's just the first thing I thought of. I think it just needs some more buildup. Anyway, this really intrigues me.
