The first SBC Among Us game for Kamp SBC will be held tonight at 8pm EDT. We will do 3 rounds total. Note that this won't be teams based, so it's a free for all. Each individual winner will receive 1,000 doubloons. Here's how the rounds will be won: If the impostor(s) wins, then they win that round, which is self-explanatory. If the crew mates win, the winner of that round depends on who is left standing or who the most work to expose the impostor. We have two brand new skins for Kamp SBC for you to enjoy! The first is the default, Kamp SBC, created by yours truly. This skin is based off of Kamp Koral with a warm blue to match the show's logo. Enjoy the marshmallows too. The second is Kelp Forest, created by @sbl in his first ever skin, based on Club SpongeBob. Enjoy this majestic skin that makes it feel like you're really in a forest.

During Kamp SBC, there will be 20 side quests for you to do for fun, scattered around the camp. This is an expansion of a concept we toyed around with back in 2019, which will serve as our replacement for RPG games from now on. Below is the first half of the quests, with a brief description of what you will do for them and their rewards for doing them. Each quest has its own reward, ranging from small things such as doubloons and reputation to extremely rare iFish items that you cannot buy anymore, so here's a chance to nab those. You can do these in any order you want. Just tell me which ones you want to do (whether in this thread or Discord), and I'll give you further instructions on how to do them from there. A lot of those won't be too difficult but some may require more thought than others. Quest 1: The Marshmallow Caper!: The camp has lost marshmallows for the campfire, and it’s your job to find the missing ones! Reward: Marshmallow Stick Quest 2: Hey, How Can There Be a Fire If We’re Underwater?: Start a campfire, but you'll need to find good wood first. Reward: 25 doubloons Quest 3: Written in the Sand!: Several mysterious phrases have been found written in the sand, can you decode them? Reward: 25 likes Quest 4: Campfire Song Song!: Gather around the campfire and sing your own campfire song. Reward: Smoothie Quest 5: Sandy’s Test!: Sandy has created a quiz to test your camping smarts! Can you answer them? Here's Kamp SBC's iFish contest. The theme is to dress your fish up in the flashiest, most obnoxious, weirdest outfit that is sure to anger a sea bear! The judges will be me, OWM and Patty. We've added several camping themed items for you to use, but you don't have to specifically use those items, you can do whatever you want. Rules 1.) In order to submit an iFish, you will need to use our current system, which you can either request in that thread (but you must make it clear you are submitting for this contest) here, or DM to me/Patty privately, whichever you prefer. 2.) Once you post it, you cannot change it. So be 100% sure before posting. Let's gather around the campfire and get ready to end the summer with the return of one of my all time favorite SBC events! Kamp SBC, a sequel to Camp SBC from 2015, is a camping themed event. For those who weren't here back then, here's your chance to finally experience it. This is also coming at an appropriate timing after the release of Kamp Koral, so we'll have more content to base this event around. Kamp SBC will begin August 13th and conclude August 31st. Here's a rundown at what fun awaits the campers at this event: Camp Activities: Throughout the event, you can complete a total of 20 side quests at your own pace, each with their own stories and varying prizes. Complete them all to receive truly special prizes! Cards Against Humanity: Every Friday night during the event, play in a CAH game! Turntable Parties: Every Friday night after CAH, relax and jam out with your favorite songs at Turntable! There will also be a special raffle at each party if you want to win some cool prizes. SpongeBob Pictionary: On the first two Saturday nights during the event, there will be a Pictionary game! Among Us: Every Saturday night during the event, there will be an Among Us game! Jackbox: Every Monday night during the event, there will be a Jackbox game hosted by dman! Episode Screenings: Every Wednesday during the event, we'll be streaming camp themed SpongeBob episodes on Discord, hosted by OWM! Kahoot: Play in a special camp themed Kahoot, aka Kamphoot, on a random day during the event! Contests: There will be three contests during the event: Campfire Story Contest, a story contest for the creative minds, Get Mauled by a Sea Bear Contest, an iFish contest for those with the goofiest fashion that will anger a sea bear, and a Posting Contest to be held on a random day during the event. All-Nighters: Every Saturday night during the event, we'll be holding an all-nighter! Minigames: Play in several camp themed minigames to win prizes, including roasting marshmallows and surfing! This will be a chill, relaxed event to cap off our summer with, and we hope all of our campers will enjoy!

Today marks a year since I revived SBCinema, so here's a new episode to celebrate, suggested by SOF. 106. Furries Don’t Dance Film: Cats Don’t Dance In 2014, RDSP, an optimistic cat from Discord travels to SBC in hopes of starting a gaming career there. After meeting a new friend Winter, RDSP is selected by agent Fa to feature in a game that is in production at Steel Wool Studios called Five Nights at Freddy’s alongside Fa's secretary: a white cat named Katniss. Upon joining fellow animals; Esme, OBAB, Rusty, and SOF, RDSP is dismayed on learning how minor his role is and tries to weasel his way into more time in the spotlight. RDSP unwittingly ends up angering CartoonCF, a popular yet spoiled child actress and star of the game; she promptly assigns her 36-foot tall butler CDCB to intimidate RDSP into no longer trying to enlarge his part. RDSP learns from the studio's mascot Woolie the Sheep, played by Mythix, that humans are normally given more important roles than animals, whereas animals themselves end up getting minor and often thankless roles to the point of having little to no leverage in game business. Longing for the spotlight, RDSP tries to make a plan that will encourage humans to provide animal workers with better scenarios; RDSP's ideas include assembling a massive cluster of animals and putting on a musical performance for the humans. Later, RDSP is given advice by CartoonCF on how to interest and satisfy audiences. He takes this information to heart and groups the animals for an audition on Freddy’s, hoping to attract the humans' attention. However, CartoonCF, fearing that the animals will jeopardize her spotlight, has CDCB help her flood the stage with 100,000 gallons of water while Steel Wool, the head of Steel Wool Studios, and Junichi Masuda, the game's director, are giving an interview, getting the animals blamed and dismissed for the collateral damage. The animals are depressed at being barred from being in Steel Wool Studios, especially RDSP, who was convinced by CartoonCF that she was trying to help the animals. Mythix advises RDSP to return to Discord. Later that night, everyone is at a diner, upset with RDSP for ruining everything for them, while Katniss sings a song about RDSP trying to keep their dreams alive. Overhearing Katniss singing, Esme suggests Katniss to follow RDSP. Katniss arrives to the bus stop, just seconds after RDSP left, finding his hat and to-do list behind. However, after a comment from the bus driver (JCM in a cameo) and seeing Winter wander the streets, RDSP stops the bus and comes up with another plan. He secretly invites Katniss and the others to the release of Five Nights at Freddy’s. After the release and a battle with CDCB that sends him flying away on a CartoonCF balloon, RDSP calls the audience's attention. Upon bringing Katniss, Mythix, Esme, OBAB, Winter, Rusty and SOF backstage to help RDSP, the eight animals put on a musical performance that entertains and impresses the viewers. Meanwhile, CartoonCF tries to sabotage the show by tampering with the set and special effects equipment, but her attempts instead cause her to enhance the performance. CartoonCF furiously yells at the animals for foiling her plan when her voice is amplified over the theater's sound system due to a boom mic she had been tangled up with, unintentionally revealing the truth about the incident to the audience, including Steel and Masuda. CartoonCF tries to hide her true colors by kissing and hugging RDSP, but Winter sends her down a trapdoor. The animals achieve their dreams for larger gaming roles, and CartoonCF is demoted to a janitor.
