Shoutbox

The Shoutbox is a feature on The SpongeBob Community released with Orca 8.4 on November 4, 2013. It is on the SBC index, on top of the forum category sections on SBC. At the end of 2014, it was upgraded to a new format that SBC Music, SpongeBob Jeopardy!, and SpongeBob Wheel of Fortune used. It received another update on January 20, 2016, and now resembles more of a chatbox.

Since its release, it became extremely popular with the community, almost as much as Xat. However, as of 2019, its popularity has died down in favor of the Discord.
