Littleroot Village is a populated settlement in the Frontierlands, and the first officially-designated municipality in SpongeCraft Frontiers. Originally discovered by DarknessDG, and later named and incorporated by HawkbitAlpha, it is a former NPC village located in the world's savannah biome. Following a zombie swarm which killed all but one of the town's NPC villagers, several players moved into its abandoned buildings, quickly turning Littleroot Village into SCF's first primary population center. As of July 9th, 2023, it is the home base of Hawkbit, DarknessDG, WhoBob, and Meko1432.
The village features a collection of huts and full-size cottages, most of which are left over from the original settlement. The surrounding area is marked by a large amount of holes due to frequent attacks by Creepers, which led Hawkbit and WhoBob to construct a fence around the town shortly after its settlement. A large mine, including an abandoned mineshaft, also sits beneath Littleroot Village.
