JCM Posted February 29, 2016 Share Posted February 29, 2016 The Splat has been hosting a "90s Nick night" featuring Kel Mitchell, Jeff Sutphen aka Pick Boy, and the Rugrats in NBA stadiums across the country, and it's finally coming to Charlotte tomorrow!
