Already got into this in another thread. Bad karma is the point of his character; he's there to take the brunt of Spongebob's stupidity. If he didn't then there wouldn't be a show. Should it be easy to look into all over 350 episodes/segments and try to make an episode look more original before a specific deadline? Don't other shows suffer from using bundles of ideas they already used? As long as I don't feel that a pair of episodes feel exactly the same, I can't argue with that debate.
