IPB 1.3 Skin is a store item that allows you to access the IPB 1.3 skin. It was added as a Christmas gift to the store for Snowcember Ball 2014. As of Starfish 11, it is not available and it is unknown if it will return.

Trivia
- Due to technical complications, the skin will not show in your skin drop-down. This is physically impossible to do. If you do switch off the skin, you can request an admin to change it back if you bought the item.
