I just said coins because I don't remember that well. I guess the fact that it doesn't have respawn. Though I kinda understand why it doesn't have that. Its a battle royale after all. Because the story changed after episode 14 of the first season. People wanted Kirito to finish SAO in the proper way, but the story felt a bit rushed to some. I guess they don't also like the fact that the show had girls all over Kirito, even though that's something very common in modern anime. I don't think SAO is terrible, but it has certainly been overhyped and now it has video games and lots of media available. Perhaps if the series went back to its roots it wouldn't be as criticized. I haven't seen Black Clover yet, but I don't think the shonen formula in it is a problem. Most mainstream shonen animes have a hero and his companions along with a main rival and a story about an adventure.
