By popular demand, Here it is! However I won't list as many rules because most of my rules are in Wumbo's first post on when we first did this. So, here are a few simple rules:

1. Only post your top 15 in my message box.

2. You must submit your list before June 13th. Because that is when I am going to start this.

3. If there is a tiebreaker, and it doesn't get solved, I will pick the placement.
