This is going to be a Discussion about my Progress on my new Workout & Diet Routine, i will update this with New Photos and how i'm doing each day, Starting tomorrow, i'm going to begin this journey back into shape, Starting with *hopefully* a Bang, a 2 Mile Lap around Sugarloaf Mills, the one Place in Georgia that can allow me to get a 2 Mile Walk indoors!
