Jane
http://deadline.com/2016/05/philippe-dauman-charges-shari-redstone-manipulating-sumner-power-grab-viacom-cbs-1201760823/ Thought this was interesting and somewhat related to SpongeBob. Basically Sumner Redstone, the owner of Viacom is dying and his daughter is manipulating him and trying to gain control over Viacom. Phillippe Dauman, the CEO is not happy and there's some major conflict going on at the top. Some people are getting kicked off of the board and aren't allowed to meet with Sumner and Phillippe and the other management think he's no longer competent enough to make his own decisions and they're not gonna pay his salary anymore. They're also talking about selling Paramount too so there are some big changes coming. Hopefully they gutter the management. From what I've read Phillippe is an inept CEO. Jane
http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2016/05/23/viacom-ceo-dauman-board-member-sue-restored-sumner-redstone-trustees/84799552/ ...yup. Phillippe is going to leave or get kicked out. I can feel it. It says specifically Shari wants to gutter the current management and enact restructuring.
