This stream is controlled by millions of Twitch users who can chat GameBoy commands like "left" or "A" into the stream and it inputs the command into the game. There is also a time during the stream where you can vote whether the game goes into "anarchy" or "democracy" mode. It's a really fun Twitch stream. Oh and the next game that they're playing is a customized version of Pokemon Fire Red which will happen tomorrow at 4pm EST. The game will be all about Twitch Plays Pokemon, so I'll give you some information about Twitch Plays Pokemon down below.
