- Haven Press Headquarters: The world headquarters for Haven Press, the first major news organization in Spongecraftia. Owned and founded by sbl.
- The Basilica: Fine Havenite dining. Owned and built by OWM.
- MI^NT: Havenites go to this exclusive destination to let loose and have fun. Semi-formal. Owned and built by Halibut.
- Haven House of Knowledge: Expand your knowledge at Haven's central library. Owned and built by OWM.
