spongehenge Do you think the new episodes are going down hill?

me personaly i think the newer episodes around 7 to above have been absolute garbage. when i watch them all i think is "this does not feel like sb" it might be because of the newer animation style or just the newer plot lines but somehow it just feels so different from the og seasons 1-5. I honistly think its cause they got too "goofie" with the whole show. The animation is more "strechy" or maybe more modern but old sb had some kind of stiff animation to where it didn't look uncany for a sponge underwater. It also makes spongebob seem more childish, more stupid and more brain-dead. if you can remember an ep like "spongehenge" or "sb-129" had so much more thought and feeling to where you could really think about it and get something out of the episode after watching. I don't know but what do you all think?
